CLEAR COUNSELING ST. LOUIS

Session costs are understandably an important component in selecting your therapist. Clear Counseling St. Louis currently accepts select insurance providers and multiple payment methods. To secure an appointment a credit card must be placed on file.

SESSION RATE

Standard session appointments are 50min and $125*. Additional work and or lengthened sessions will be billed at $125 an hour, in half hour billable increments. *Those using insurance will likely pay less.

INSURANCE

Clear Counseling St. Louis currently accepts insurance providers: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, BlueCross BlueShield, and United Healthcare. Additional providers hope to be added soon. For clients with alternative insurance providers Clear Counseling St. Louis is able to offer out of network session claim receipts. In this scenario clients are responsible for full session payment and then must seek reimbursement through their insurance provider. *If you would like to be added to our waitlist for service upon insurance activation please email karen@clearcounselingstl.com.

Clients in network are often required to meet all deductibles and handle appropriate copays payable to Clear Counseling St. Louis before full benefits kick in.

POLICY

We try our best to accommodate extenuating circumstances, but must maintain a uniformity to our business practices to be fair. We are unable to bend these rates or rules and are happy to make a referral if Clear Counseling St. Louis does not fit into your current budget.
