PAYMENT
CLEAR COUNSELING ST. LOUIS
Clear Counseling St. Louis accepts all major credit cards, apple pay, google pay, and cash.
Payment is due upon the conclusion of each clear counseling session. A completed credit card authorization form is required at each client's first appointment. If you wish to take part in auto payment the card used on your authorization form will be automatically billed after each session.
Clients are responsible for meeting all deductibles and issuing copays to Clear Counseling St. Louis. If your insurance coverage is set to change we recommend sharing with Clear Counseling ahead of time to prevent any charges from taking place during lapse of coverage. Sessions not covered by insurance are the clients responsibility and will be charged out of pocket.
Non routine scheduled therapy services, including court appearances, mediation, additional paperwork requirements (school, court ordered, professional, etc.) will be billed hourly at the standard session rate in 1/2 hour increments. Payment for these services will be the client's responsibility.

NO SHOWS/ LATE CANCELLATIONS
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy at Clear Counseling St. Louis. We understand schedules change and we are happy to accommodate an appointment rescheduling with advanced notice. Appointments missed or cancelled within 24 hours of appointment will be charged a $60 no show/late cancellation fee. We are very limited to make any exceptions to this policy.
Clear Counseling St. Louis is committed to providing a timely, organized service and we ask that our clients honor a similar code of conduct towards scheduling.
LATE START
A scheduled appointment is confined within the original 50 minute appointment block scheduled. Clients arriving late will not receive additional time. Clients arriving later than 15 minutes will be required to reschedule and incur a late cancellation fee. We are not able to give our work the attention it deserves in a hyper condensed session.

Service receipts can be emailed after sessions upon request.
